Our Malbec Rosé comes from our super premium vineyard in Uco Valley, Mendoza. Unlike other Rosés, you will find no blending of any other grapes. The SERCA Malbec Rosé goes through alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and is bottled just 6-8 months after harvest to capture the fresh fruit character and vibrancy of the vintage.
